5 Deacons ordained for the FSSP in Lincoln

On Saturday, May 19th 2011 a. D.  His Excellency, Bishop Czeslow Kozon, Bishop of the Diocese of Copenhagen, Denmark, ordained five seminarians to the diaconate at Our Lady of Guadalupe Seminary in Lincoln, Nebraska for the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Peter. The ordination was held in the newly completed seminary chapel of Sts. Peter and Paul.  Deo volente these 5 Deacons will be ordained Priests next year for Holy Mother Church.   Please keep these newly ordained Deacons in your prayers as the ascend the Altar of Our Lord.

FSSP Priestly Ordinations 2010

On the 22nd of May in the year of Our Lord 2010 at 10:00 am at the Cathedral of the Risen Christ in Lincoln Nebraska.  His Ecellency Fabian Bruskewitz, Bishop of Lincoln, will confer Priestly Ordinations  for the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Peter.  The following Deacons will be ordained to the Sacred Priesthood.

Diaconate Ordinations in New Chapel of Sts. Peter & Paul

On March 6th in the Year of Our Lord 2010, The Most Reverend Arthur Saratelli,  Bishop of Paterson, New Jersey,  ordained  4 seminarians of the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Peter and 2 of the Carmel of the Immaculate Heart of  Mary in Wyoming to the Diaconate.  The ordination took place in the newly finished Chapel of Sts. Peter and Paul in Denton, Nebraska  This marked the first ordinations conferred in the new chapel at Our Lady of Guadalupe Seminary.  Please keep the seminarians in your prayers as they continue their ascent to the altar of our Lord.

Cardinal Rode to offer Pontifical High Mass

On December 8 in the Year of our Lord 2009 His Eminence Franc Cardinal Rode, Prefect of the Congregation for Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life, will offer a Pontifical High Mass at Santissima Trinità dei Pellegrini in honor of the feast of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary at 10:30 am.  Santissima Trinita dei Pellegrini is the parish church of the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Peter in Rome.

FSSP Ordinations to the Minor Orders & Diaconate

On November 7th in the Year of Our Lord 2009, The Most Reverend James D. Conley, Auxilary Bishop of Denver, will ordain 14 seminarians of the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Peter to the Minor Orders and one to the Diaconate.  The ordination Mass will take place at St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church in Lincoln Nebraska at 10am.  Please keep the seminarians in your prayers as they continue their ascent to the altar of our Lord.

CARMEL, INDIANA – During the Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter’s 20th anniversary last month, Mr and Mrs. Augusto “Tito” Cano from Noblesville, Indiana and their brother, Father Roberto Cano, FSSP traveled to Italy to participate in the celebration.  The Canos are charter officers of Una Voce Carmel and have kindly shared these photos for your viewing pleasure.   

All the photos are of Father Berg offering Mass at the tomb of St. Peter.  The server is Deacon Antony Sumich, FSSP who will be ordained to the Priesthood next month in New Zealand.
